Friedrich,

concerning the collaboration board meeting of next week, I think it
would be good to have a discussion on the responsibilities for analysis
and reconstruction. This seems to me a CB matter and I am sure quite a
few HARP members would wish to have this discussion, which evidently
cannot be a full collaboration meeting item. It is not too late either.

Also we may want to address the issue of shifts staffing, for which also
a CB discussion would not hurt.
