Dear Colleagues,

Today at the collaboration board the issue was raised of organizing
regular reconstruction&analysis meetings.

The consensus was that we need a regular meeting, where people working on
HARP analysis and related issues can meet, exchange information, and where
things are coordinated.

It was decided that I would collect suggestions concerning possible
persons who would be able and available(!) to convene these meetings.
Also suggestions on the frequency, format, etc will be collected.  It was
felt urgent enough to arrive at a decision before the end of this month.
The deadline for suggestions is Friday 14 June at noon.  After
consultation with the board, a decision could then be prepared in time.

So please send your suggestions to me before Friday 14 June at noon.
