Dear colleagues:

After quite some consultation and discussion (thanks to J Panman who took
a decisive lead in this matter), and with the agreement of the persons
concerned, I am pleased to announce the following (re)organization of the
HARP software and physics analysis, with immediate effect:

Software manager                                Simone Giani
Physics analysis coordinator                    Juan Jose Gomez Cadenas
Large angle reconstruction coordinator          Gabriella Catanesi
Small angle reconstruction coordinator          Malcolm Ellis

J J Gomez Cadenas will conduct regular analysis meetings with phone/video
conferencing possibility.

We wish our colleagues every success in their mission which is vital for
HARP's continued success. I trust that they will enjoy everybody's full
support.
